Mixed winter green vegetables, sun dried tomatoes, and a blend of ricotta, feta, and mozzarella cheese, covered 
in a sweet marinara sauce

Sweet eggplant strips sautéed in Greek spices and tamari sauce piled on top of a layer of green beans and 
stewed tomatoes,  finished with a layer of mashed potatoes and parmesan cheese
